The sexist job interview that inspired me to write The Escape Room

It was a sexist job interview that made me realize how tough it would be to get back into the workforce after having my youngest baby. It made me give up trying to find a job and write novels instead. When I wrote my corporate thriller The Escape Room, I included a fictionalized version of the interview that started me on my journey to become a novelist.
